On 30 March 2009, the National Power (NP) Board issued Resolution No. 2009-18 approving the salient provisions of NPC-SPUGs proposed Power Supply Agreement (PSA) Template with the electric cooperatives (ECs)/distribution utilities (DUs). Presently, only thirteen (13) out of the forty-four (44) customer DUs have PSAs with NPC-SPUG:
