FRENCH AMBASSADOR VISITS PRES PROJECT (01 July 2008)
National Power Corporation President Cyril C. Del Callar visited Barangay Jamorawon, Milagros last July 7, 2008 along with Department of Energy Secretary Angelo T. Reyes and Ambassador Gerard Chesnel of France to show their support for the ongoing Philippine Rural Electrification Service (PRES) project in Masbate.
